The Real Fiji opens in Mangere!!
Curating exhibitions is not an easy task, especially when artwork is being submitted from other countries and cities. This exhibition was an almighty project that I have been planning since March this year. “The Real Fiji” features eleven individual artists and twelve young women from the Fiji Women’s Rights Movement Young Women in Leadership project.

Fresh Gallery Otara at the Otara Shopping Centre showcases work by emerging and established local artists. Visitors are able to walk away with their own piece of original art, as many works will be available to buy. Manukau City Council's latest community art gallery was launched on Friday 26 May. During 2-22 February 2005, Titilia Bulu and Taraivosa Vuniwaqa went on an Outwards Bound course in the Malborough Sounds, Blenheim. They were part of a group of young Aucklanders from diverse ethnic backgrounds, identified as future leaders by their respective communities. The course was at Outward Bound in Anakiwa.
